The Diffrient Lighting series was designed for minimal

impact on our environment. When used in conjunction

with a compact ﬂuorescent bulb, this task light promotes

signiﬁcant energy savings—up to 80% over incandescent

bulbs—which can be further supplemented with reduced

overhead lighting levels.

In addition, Diffrient Lights contain 90% recycled and

recyclable content, and are constructed primarily of

aluminum, which boasts a tremendous scrap value and

is therefore more likely to be recycled than other, less

valuable materials. Whenever possible, Humanscale uses

aluminum as its material of choice because it is 100%

recycled and recyclable.
